The Gecko Bake is used for baking breads, cakes and/or vegetables in a pyrex glass loaf dish or your standard size non-stick loaf pan. The Bake unit fits on top of the Gecko Mobi unit or flat on your regular braai.
Use approximately 8 briquettes below the Gecko Bake, and 12 briquettes, equally distributed on top of the Gecko Bake, for approximately 1 hour cooking time for a standard size bread or cake.
