When your coals are ready, spread them out.
Using the provided pizza plate, place your pizza on top of the coals for 7 minutes.
Move the pizza underneath the coals for an additional 7 minutes.

Gecko Mobi carry bag manufactured locally from canvas material with zip and webbed carry handle. Robust, water and dust proof to protect your Gecko Grill Mobi unit. Don't use the bag while transporting your unit. The Mobi unit is so robust and the edges will damage your bag.
