Returns:
- You have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and sale items.
- Exchanges: We recommend returning your item and making a separate purchase for the new one.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
