The MadKon Ammo Box Braai Folding Lid transforms your braai into a smoker or oven, perfect for smoking any kind of protein or baking pizzas, desserts, bread, and more. It can handle most dishes you’d normally bake at home — it just takes a bit of practice!
💡 Tip: Place a piece of foil under your dish to prevent burning the underside of your food while baking.
We’ve found that charcoal or briquettes work best for baking, as they burn longer and more evenly than some types of wood.
